Get ahead of accounting trends with CaseWare at Accountex 2017

In recent years, technology and cloud-based solutions have quickly become key components of the accounting operation. Accounting firms can now utilise sophisticated, cloud-based solutions and big data to deliver real-time analytics, automate processes and provide data-driven insights – wherever, whenever.

In addition, with the government Making Tax Digital initiative altering the way in which accounting firms operate, the focus is very much on digital transformation, preparation and building the necessary accounting infrastructure for the future.

However, with the rapid rate of change and digital transformation in the industry, it’s essential that accountants have a thorough understanding of how the landscape is changing – as well as what they can do to prepare.

And one of the best ways to keep ahead is to attend this year’s Accountex 2017 exhibition.

Visited by over 6,500 accountants and 200 top exhibitors across various sectors, including specialist tax consultancies, cloud software solutions, and business management, Accountex is the UK’s largest exhibition and conference dedicated to the accountancy profession. It will be held at London’s ExCeL centre, 10-11 May, 2017.

CaseWare will be attending Accountex, located at Stand 921 – showcasing its suite of accounting and audit software designed to deliver fully compliant accounts, up-to-date with the latest reporting standards, incorporating one of the best, fully compliant templates on the market.

Accountex provides an excellent opportunity for any accounting professional to get up to speed with the latest industry news and trends, featuring over 180 free, high-level, CPD accredited seminars led by top industry speakers.

The most prominent seminar topics at this year’s event include how accountancy firms will transform in the years to come, digital innovation, automation and technology in the accounting industry, and how firms can build a robust IT infrastructure in preparation for the future.

Simon Warren, Managing Director of CaseWare UK, will be delivering a seminar on the future of audit technology, where he will discuss how the evolution of audit software and new ideas around workflow and data visualisation are impacting auditors. Furthermore, he will illustrate how the cloud is influencing the way software applications are being developed and integrated – as well as what this might mean for the audit profession and perhaps even the audit itself.

It’s also a perfect way to get a first glimpse of CaseWare’s Cloud Audit and Analytic System – which will demonstrate the incredible benefits that audit software can bring.

We hope to see you there!
