Georgie started her career in an accountancy practice as an accounts clerk before joining CaseWare in 2011 as a Technical Support Consultant. Georgie became a Technical Support Team leader in 2016 where she looked after a team of 8 and supported the Technical Support Manager to ensure customer queries were dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Since returning from maternity leave, Georgie progressed her career even further within CaseWare by moving into the Education and Media. Georgie has now been in her current role of Education and Media Technician for a year and is responsible for updating and maintaining training course materials.

What do you enjoy about working at CaseWare?
I enjoy the variety. Having worked in the Education & Media department over the last year I have thoroughly enjoyed working on various elements of the product to create educational content in the form of e-courses, QuickVids and documentation. The people I work with are fantastic, which is an important factor.

What was the last book you read?
Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
What was the best holiday you have ever been on?
I love Disney, so going to Disneyland Paris was an amazing holiday for me. A few CaseWare staff also went to Barcelona for one of the girls' birthdays and it was lovely to explore the city and spend some quality time with colleagues who have become good friends.
Do you have any hobbies?
Reading and spending time with family and friends. My partner and I have recently adopted an 11 month old puppy and we enjoy taking him on long walks with our children.
